Our Customer In Kazakhstan
Our company had a client in Kazakhstan who had shown a keen interest in electric vehicles. They had expressed their desire to purchase 100 EVs every quarter, which was a significant volume, and we were excited to have them as a potential long-term customer.
However, as we started negotiating with the client, we soon realized that closing the deal was not going to be easy. The client was a tough negotiator, and they were not willing to compromise on their demands. They had a specific budget and wanted the best possible deal within that budget.
Despite our best efforts, we found it challenging to come to an agreement that would satisfy both parties. We knew that losing this client would be a significant setback, as their business was crucial for our growth in Kazakhstan.
This experience taught us the importance of listening to our customers and working towards a mutually beneficial solution. It also showed us that sometimes, a little persistence and patience can go a long way in building lasting relationships with our clients.
